How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order? 

My turnaround time normally runs about two weeks, that does not include shipping time. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery within the U.S. 

What If I Need My Item Sooner? 

I do offer a rush order upgrade.  I only accept a few during any given time to ensure that our turnaround time stays right at two weeks for non-rush orders. Please feel free to contact me if you need an order rushed.

What Is Your Return Policy? 

Your satisfaction is important to me. There will be NO refunds given on personalized/custom items. If there is a defect in the item, please send photographic documentation within 48 hours of receiving the item. With proper photo documentation, I will remake a defective item.

My items are not toys, always supervise your young children while using our products.

Some of our items may contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. While I take all necessary precautions by sewing bows directly to shirts and bibs, please inspect them to ensure they are secure before putting it on your child. Bling (rhinestones) will not be placed on anything used for children under the age of 3 due to choking hazards. 

Burp cloths and blankets can be  suffocation hazards, do not place near your child while they are sleeping, and make sure to supervise your children while they are being use

There are very specific regulations in place for children's sleepwear: must be flame resistant or tight fitting, among others.  If I sell an item that says "sleepwear" or "pajamas" it will meet the US CPSC's sleepwear requirements for ages 9 months to 14 years.
